Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Property Management Back-Office Assistant** to support daily property management operations. If you have strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a long-term remote role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls.
* Respond to tenant inquiries and follow up on concerns.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate tenant records.
* Process maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors.
* Assist with lease documentation, renewals, and paperwork.
* Track rent payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
* Organize digital files and maintain property records.
* Provide daily administrative and computer-related support to property managers.
**Position Details:**
* **Work Setup:** 100% Remote
* **Employment Type:** Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week
* **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, EST Time Zone
* **Weekends:** Off
* **Payment:** Weekly
