AbbVie seeks a Field Coverage Representative for inside sales supporting pharmaceutical field operations across the nation. This hybrid role combines 50% field travel with 50% office-based work from Austin, TX, focusing on healthcare provider relationships and product education through phone and in-person outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual coverage for field sales vacancies and drive product education
• Execute sales techniques with targeted healthcare professionals to build relationships and drive brand objectives
• Manage account activities including pre-call planning, resource coordination, and customer follow-up
• Complete accurate data entry and maintain records of customer interactions and program activities
• Meet established call volume metrics and sales targets while managing daily activity optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
• Minimum one year relevant sales experience with proven track record exceeding targets
• Up to 50-70% travel availability for field coverage and training
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills with ability to work independently
• Experience interacting with physicians and healthcare office staff preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM systems preferred
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry
